1. Responsible for setting up and revising the company's training system to meet the company's development
2. Responsible for regularly revising the company's training management system to create a favorable system environment for training
3. Implement the company's internal training research to knowabout the training needs and formulate the annual training plan
4. Make comprehensive use of the company's training resources to establish the company's internal trainer team
5. Improve the company's training system
6. Gradually standardize the training and management of overseas personnel
7. Make training plans for middle and high-level reserve and key staff echelon
8. Carry out training effect evaluation and continuously improve training efficiency
9. Other duties assigned by superiors
1. Bachelor degree or above, majore in human resource management, business management,etc;
2. With more than 6 years of relevant working experience and 3+ years of large-scale enterprise training and management experience;
3. Standard mandarin, patient and careful in work;
4. Good listening and language skills;
5. Good PPT presentation skills.
